Requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency with reservation systems and computer applications
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Problem solving skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Team player with a professional demeanor
