- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into appointments
- Provide basic information about clinic services and treatments
- Support sales by explaining treatment options and booking consultations
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses and clinic staff regarding schedules
- Handle phone calls, messages and walk in clients professionally
- Maintain client records and appointment details accurately
- Support daily clinic operations and customer communication
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative or sales coordinator
- Experience in a clinic, beauty, aesthetic or healthcare center is preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries
- Good organization and calendar management skills
- Sales oriented mindset with the ability to convert leads into bookings
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluent English is required
- Russian language skills are preferred
- Turkish and Arabic language skills are considered an advantage
