RESEARCH SCIENTIST

Doctorate degree in a related field and one (1) year of related experience OR Master s degree in a related field and three (3) years of related experience OR Bachelor s degree in a related field and five (5) years of related experience required.

Work experience may NOT substitute for education requirement.

• Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, Cancer Biology, Immunology, or a related biomedical science field.
• Three or more years of postdoctoral or equivalent research experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in mammalian cell culture techniques.
• Experience with animal models and in vivo studies.
• Experience with extracellular vesicle/exosome isolation and characterization.
• Experience with molecular biology techniques, including PCR, cloning, plasmid construction, gene expression analysis, and recombinant DNA methodologies.
• Experience with protein analysis techniques, including Western blotting, ELISA, immunoprecipitation, and immunocytochemistry.
• Strong publication record in peer-reviewed scientific journals.
• Experience mentoring students and research trainees.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
