Role overview
The Research Product Associate is a developing professional role focused on monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data.
The role has limited but direct impact through the quality of tasks and services provided, with impact primarily within the employee’s own team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business trends and deliver findings that support reporting opportunities and departmental initiatives.
- Act as a contact for departmental queries relating to business touchpoints such as distribution and readership.
- Manage multiple initiatives and participate in user acceptance testing before system deployments.
- Perform detailed data validation and understand the related business context.
- Research the Citi Research business and its drivers.
- Complete scripted and ad hoc tasks and summarize steps and results for management.
- Search published research for errors and gather information from the internet.
- Assess risk, follow applicable laws and policies, and escalate and report control issues transparently.
Skills and exposure
- Detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to execute in a large, matrixed organization.
