Role overview
The role manages a Control Development Platform team supporting regulatory control systems for Citi’s Markets business.
The position drives application systems analysis, programming activities, coordination, platform stability, and delivery across technology teams.
The platform supports strategic control and monitoring solutions intended to improve the safety and soundness of Markets businesses.
Responsibilities
- Lead a local platform and infrastructure development team of fewer than 10 people.
- Collaborate with global leads and architects to deliver stable, robust technology solutions.
- Support and enhance infrastructure using Java, Python, .NET, Angular, databases, Redis, SOA, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
- Support pre-trade control, control execution, and the control implementation framework.
- Participate in rebuilding the platform and provide technical data management solutions.
- Balance rapid client delivery with governance, compliance, and audit mandates.
- Develop, test, and implement solutions for business and technology clients.
- Collaborate with business analysts on control use cases and data dependencies.
