Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in research, consulting, healthcare strategy, or public sector projects
- Strong analytical, report writing, and presentation skills
- Experience working with healthcare organizations, hospitals, government entities, or healthcare transformation programs
- Fluent in Arabic and English

Role Description
- The Research Lead is a full time, on site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, responsible for guiding research initiatives that support strategic decision making across ntam’s service lines and sub brands.
- This role involves designing and executing research plans, including qualitative and quantitative studies, to generate insights that inform campaigns, brand strategies, and product or service positioning.
- The Research Lead will analyze market trends, consumer behavior, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide clear, actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
