Responsibilities
- Develop and execute NTAM's annual revenue and growth strategy across Saudi Arabia
- Identify high value opportunities across tourism, hospitality, sports, real estate, government, and Vision 2030 sectors
- Build strategic account plans and expand NTAM's service offerings within the Kingdom
- Set and monitor commercial targets, forecasts, and business performance
- Lead acquisition of government and semi government projects through Etimad, Monafasat, and direct client engagement
- Drive major RFP opportunities from qualification through submission
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, procurement teams, and decision makers
- Expand NTAM's portfolio across brand strategy, creative services, digital marketing, social media, PR, events, technology, AI, and production
- Identify cross selling opportunities across existing client accounts
- Lead and develop the Business Growth, Account Management, and Bid teams across Riyadh and Jeddah
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, or Account Management within marketing, communications, events, or professional services
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with direct revenue or P&L responsibility
- Proven success in winning and managing government and semi government projects in Saudi Arabia
- Strong experience with Etimad and Monafasat
- Established network across Vision 2030 entities, tourism, culture, sports, or related sectors
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- MBA is a plus

The Role
- The Business Growth Director will lead NTAM Group's commercial growth across Saudi Arabia, owning the Kingdom's revenue strategy, business development, strategic partnerships, and bid management activities.
- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee commercial operations across Riyadh and Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities: Commercial Growth & Strategy
- Develop and execute NTAM's annual revenue and growth strategy across Saudi Arabia.
- Identify high value opportunities across tourism, hospitality, sports, real estate, government, and Vision 2030 sectors.
- Build strategic account plans and expand NTAM's service offerings within the Kingdom.

Government & Strategic Business Development
- Lead the acquisition of government and semi government projects through Etimad, Monafasat, and direct client engagement.
- Drive major RFP opportunities from qualification through submission.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, procurement teams, and decision makers.
Private Sector Growth
- Expand NTAM's portfolio across Brand Strategy, Creative Services, Digital Marketing, Social Media, PR & Reputation Management, Events & Activations, Technology & AI Solutions, Website & App Development, Media Production.
- Identify cross selling opportunities across existing client accounts.
Leadership
- Lead and develop the Business Growth, Account Management, and Bid teams across Riyadh and Jeddah.
- Collaborate closely with regional teams to maximize business opportunities.
- Provide market intelligence, commercial insights, and competitive analysis to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA is a plus.
Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Business Development, Commercial Leadership, or Account Management within marketing, communications, events, or professional services.
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with direct revenue or P&L responsibility.
- Proven success in winning and managing government and semi government projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Strong experience with Etimad and Monafasat.
- Established network across Vision 2030 entities, tourism, culture, sports, or related sectors.
- Experience managing multi service client portfolios within an agency or professional services environment.
Skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Exceptional commercial negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing services.
- Experience leading cross functional and multi location teams.
- Excellent forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic planning capabilities.
