Research Associate

Will be hired under Project Code

Reporting to

• Cleaning, managing, and analyzing data using Stata
• Supporting data analysis for field experiments and randomized controlled trials
• Assisting with study pre-registration and IRB applications
• Helping prepare registered reports, project documentation, and research manuscripts
• Conducting background research and literature reviews
• Coordinating with project teams and supporting other research-related tasks as needed

Master’s degree in Economics, Public Policy, Management, or a related field.

• Strong training in econometrics, and statistics
• Hands-on experience with Stata; knowledge of R or Python is a plus
• Prior experience with RCTs, field experiments, lab experiments, or impact evaluation is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and motivation to work in an academic research environment
