What You Need to Succeed

• A good understanding of quality standards and guidelines such as ISO 9001, GLP, GMP, and accepted food safety standards is expected.
• A good understanding of metrology, measurements, and measurement uncertainty is expected.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills are required.
• The role requires customer and stakeholder requirement elicitation using techniques such as VOC, interviews, surveys, and observations.
• The role requires understanding of non-functional requirements and cybersecurity and collaboration with technical leads and architects.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Experience with requirements management and ALM tools is required, while Polarion experience is a plus.
• Technical documentation, reporting, scheduling, data analysis, design thinking, and Agile development knowledge are required.
• A BE, B.Tech, M.E, or M.Tech degree and 8 to 10 years of experience, including five years in requirements management, are required.
• Exposure to laboratory quality management systems is nice to have.
