Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet targets.
  • Identify and pursue new client opportunities while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct on-site visits to clients, contractors, industrial firms, and project locations to assess needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Promote the company’s portfolio of electrical, mechanical, industrial, and safety products with professionalism and precision.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and regular sales reports in a timely manner.
  • Perform market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with clients and provide high-quality after-sales support.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and contribute directly to the company’s revenue and market expansion goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven sales and marketing experience within Saudi Arabia.
  • Prior experience in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or safety product trading is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain professional client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, confident, and focused on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi construction and industrial market is preferred.
  • Valid Saudi driving license is an added advantage.
  • Arabic language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
