Summary

  • The Sales Executive plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new corporate clients across industries such as healthcare, hospitality, education, and industrial sectors.
  • This position focuses on promoting customized uniforms, workwear, safety apparel, and related products while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will build lasting client relationships, provide tailored product recommendations, and ensure seamless order execution through cross departmental coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach new clients from corporate, industrial, hospitality, healthcare, educational, and institutional sectors.
  • Promote and sell uniforms, workwear, customized apparel, safety wear, and related products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand client needs and deliver appropriate product recommendations.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales effectively.
  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations as needed.
  • Maintain consistent and clear communication throughout the sales cycle.
  • Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in uniforms, textiles, garments, apparel, or related industries.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage performance against sales targets.
  • Basic computer literacy, including email usage and quotation preparation.
  • Valid driving license is preferred.
  • Knowledge of local corporate and industrial markets is an advantage.
