Company Description

Richstone Contracting and General Maintenance serves clients across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region.

The company delivers construction and maintenance services ranging from small repairs to large-scale projects.

Engineering and maintenance teams follow international standards and best practices, with a focus on quality, reliability, and long-term client relationships.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Civil Engineer role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.

Immediate joining is preferred.

The role covers civil engineering works, planning, design review, and coordination of site activities for contracting and maintenance projects.

Project and Site Delivery

  • Oversee and execute civil engineering works for construction and maintenance projects.
  • Plan projects, review designs, and coordinate site activities with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress and manage planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve engineering issues.

Technical and Compliance Duties

  • Prepare and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, international standards, local regulations, and health and safety practices.
  • Contribute to stormwater management and infrastructure solutions.
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  • Strong civil engineering and civil engineering design foundation.
  • Demonstrated experience on construction and maintenance projects.
  • Previous UAE contracting or building maintenance experience is an advantage.

Technical Qualifications

  • Ability to manage project planning, scheduling, and resource coordination.
  • Knowledge of stormwater management and related infrastructure systems.
  • Proficiency in relevant engineering and design software, such as AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
  • Familiarity with international standards, local regulations, and health and safety practices.

Professional Competencies

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively on-site.
