Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting activities and financial transactions
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Process Payroll and ensure compliance with WPS requirements
- Perform Bank Reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare financial reports, management reports, and supporting documentation
- Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial planning
- Manage Project Accounting, including project costs and expense tracking
- Handle Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and internal departments on finance related matters
- Ensure all financial data is accurate, organized, and up to date
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in Qatar
- Previous experience in a contracting or construction company preferred
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP
- Good command of MS Excel and MS Word
- Hands on experience in Payroll, WPS, AP/AR, Financial Reporting, Audits, Budgeting, and Project Accounting
- Excellent attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must have a valid NOC
- Available for immediate joining preferred
