- Lead the execution of daily operational tasks with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and consistency
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support project planning, implementation, and delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Continuously evaluate workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-driven process improvements
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements
- Provide timely updates to supervisors and stakeholders on project status and operational metrics
- Support onboarding and training efforts for new team members when needed
Requirements
- minimum 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred
- Proven attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within team settings
- Basic understanding of compliance, safety, and quality management principles
