- Lead end-to-end financial operations, including month-end and year-end closing processes
- Develop, manage, and monitor annual budgets and forecasts across business units
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements
- Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business objectives
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Support strategic planning initiatives with financial modeling and scenario analysis
Requirements
- Experience: 7-10 years
- ?
- Qualifications: MBA in Finance, Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional finance qualification
- Advanced degree in Finance or related field; MBA in Finance preferred
- Professional finance certification required: CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent
- Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel; experience with financial planning tools a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with high accountability
