What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and execute material and fulfillment plans based on customer demand, forecasts, production schedules, and order requirements to ensure material availability and on-time delivery.
Coordinate supply and inventory across global manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and suppliers while resolving shortages, capacity constraints, and supply disruptions.
Conduct daily order book reviews, manage order changes, create deliveries, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to align customer expectations with supply capabilities.
Utilize SAP planning tools to execute MRP activities, maintain planning parameters, and ensure the accuracy of inventory, lead time, supplier, and master data.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on inventory optimization, supply chain efficiency, process standardization, and operational performance.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in material planning, supply planning, inventory management, or order fulfillment within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including MRP, inventory management, demand planning, and supplier coordination.
- Hands-on experience using SAP (MM/PP) or comparable ERP planning systems, combined with advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across global and cross-functional teams.
