Transportation Manager, North America

Lead transportation operations across truckload, LTL, parcel, intermodal, ocean, and air freight to ensure reliable product movement and customer support.

Partner with carriers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to improve transportation performance, capacity planning, cost efficiency, and network resilience.

Manage freight audit, payment, and claims processes to improve accuracy, strengthen governance, and increase financial visibility.

Use transportation data, market insights, and performance reviews to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence.

Resolve transportation disruptions, urgent freight issues, and service escalations to protect production schedules and customer commitments.

Experience leading domestic and international transportation operations across multiple freight modes within a manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environment.

Strong knowledge of freight audit and payment programs, carrier management, transportation sourcing, contract oversight, and claims administration.

Ability to analyze transportation data, identify trends, and communicate recommendations that balance service, cost, and operational performance.

Proven success building collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams, carriers, suppliers, and external service providers.

Experience using transportation and business systems, including transportation management platforms, ERP systems, and reporting tools.
