Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation
- Effective communicator with analytical capability
- Necessary visa criteria for KSA and relevant work experience

Project Overview
- Opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, a major mixed use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Supports the delivery of PMO and Project Controls services across assigned projects within the Planning Centre of Excellence.
- Contributes to the implementation of PMO and Project Controls frameworks and methodologies, including EVM.
- Builds effective working relationships with client representatives and supports integration of core disciplines.
- Assists with preparation of monthly reporting packs, facilitating performance reviews.
- Works collaboratively towards net zero carbon transition.
You’ll Need To Have
- Relevant degree or equivalent.
- Progressing toward chartership with a recognised professional body.
- Proven PMO and Project Controls leadership on complex projects.
- Proven leadership in health, safety and wellbeing.
