Reporting and Data Analyst

Join a collaborative and purpose-driven team working to improve health outcomes across rural, regional and remote Queensland by helping to strengthen the rural health workforce. As the Reporting and Data Analyst , you will collect, analyse, validate and report data across key Southern Queensland Rural Health programs and services. Working closely with clinical, operational and executive stakeholders, you will turn complex information into timely, meaningful insights that support operational management, strategic planning, funding obligations and organisational performance. You will also help create change through improved data quality, intelligent dashboards, automated reporting and accessible business intelligence solutions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinate accurate and timely reporting for the Rural Health Multidisciplinary Training program and support reporting processes for the Nursing and Allied Health Graduate Outcomes Tracking program.

Produce clinic activity, utilisation and performance reports across clinical, educational, student support and operational services.

Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations that enable stakeholders to monitor organisational performance, service delivery and program outcomes.

Analyse trends, identify variations and improve reporting efficiency through automation, standardisation and self-service reporting solutions.

Completion of a degree in information management, business analytics, data analytics, statistics, information technology or a related discipline, with subsequent relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education or training.

Demonstrated experience in data extraction, analysis, interpretation and reporting within a complex organisational environment.

Experience developing and maintaining reports, dashboards and data visualisations using Microsoft Power BI, Excel, SQL or similar reporting tools.
