Repair Weld Operator 2nd Shift - Assembly

We are seeking Repair Weld Operators for our new and growing Tier 1 supply company in Dalton, GA!

This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality by performing manual weld repairs prior to full production and supporting several key production functions.

• Perform manual weld repairs on assemblies.
• Operate and manage robotic laser and assembly cells.
• Support additional production activities as needed before full production ramp-up, including: Assisting fabrication Production tooling support Working with maintenance when required Building wraps and racks Running assembly cells, lasers, and off‑stacking for the press
