Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics to ensure seamless operational support.
Support major strategic projects impacting facilities, machinery, or long‑term maintenance planning.
Uphold and promote safety, accident prevention, and facility compliance requirements.
Ensure proactive identification and mitigation of risks to personnel, equipment, and property.
Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company standards and regulations.
Ensure effective communication across departments and within the maintenance team.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable technical field.
10+ years of professional experience in maintenance, facility management, or production support within the automotive or automotive supply industry.
Strong background in machine and building management, production processes, purchasing, and related operational functions.
Leadership experience across multiple organizational levels.
Strong leadership presence and ability to drive change.
High communication skills and conflict‑resolution capability.
