- Oversee daily rental operations and property leasing activities
- Ensure all rental units are occupied and maintained to company standards
- Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and tenant documentation
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance, and handovers

- Identify new rental opportunities and market trends
- Build relationships with property owners, investors, and corporate clients
- Negotiate rental agreements and commercial terms
- Manage property listings across online platforms and social media
- Develop marketing campaigns to attract prospective tenants
- Prepare rental budgets, forecasts, and performance reports
- Lead, train, and supervise rental agents and administrative staff
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in property leasing or rental management
- Strong knowledge of real estate regulations and leasing procedures
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
- UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
