- **Office Operations:** Oversee day-to-day office logistics, including maintenance, mail, and visitor management.
- **Scheduling & Coordination:** Manage calendars, arrange meetings, book conference rooms, and organize travel for staff.
- **Record Keeping & Data Management:** Maintain electronic and physical files, databases, and records (including employee data) accurately.
- **Correspondence:** Handle emails, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
- **Procurement & Inventory:** Monitor office supplies and place orders with vendors as needed.
- **Finance Support:** Assist with petty cash management, expense reports, and invoicing.
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
