Role overview
SIXT Australia is hiring Casual Rental Sales Agents for Perth City, Fremantle, and Kewdale locations.
The role combines customer service, rental sales, fleet-related tasks, and branch operations.
The role is referred to internally as Customer Experience Agent.
Your role
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers with friendly, professional sales and service.
- Handle rental agreements and customer enquiries in an organised, service-oriented way.
- Tailor offers using the available vehicle products and fleet.
- Manage bookings and customer data through technology platforms with accuracy and security.
- Champion SIXT values, premium service standards, compliance, and operating protocols.
Your skills
- Passion for sales and premium customer service.
- Strong communication, teamwork, energy, and engagement.
- Time management, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer literacy with strong attention to detail, data, and integrity.
- Flexibility to work between 6am and midnight, Monday to Sunday, including holidays.
