- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly rental reports
- Maintain an up to date understanding of rental rates, promotions, and company policies
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and insurance requirements
Requirements
- Good knowledge of vehicle types and rental procedures
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and rental software systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
- Fluency in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
- Valid Qatar ID and transferable visa preferred
