(Remote) Sr Implementation Consultant

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

5+ years of CIS, Utility Industry, S&S enQuesta, JIRA, Confluence, and Clarizen experience is a plus.

Experience with electric rate configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance in a CIS billing system.

Experience with MDM systems with emphasis on billable read workflows.

Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills.

Exceptional problem-solving skills. Must be able to assess information to make autonomous conclusions quickly and effectively.

Demonstrated ability to listen and interpret requirements, recommend solutions, and drive or participate in business process analysis sessions with customers.

Detail-oriented and conscientious about meeting expectations.

Positive, proactive, and action-oriented attitude and approach.

Ability to effectively manage a large number of tasks simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.

Familiarity with, or dedication to learning, intermediate SQL commands/statements to aid in problem solving and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with standard UNIX/SSH and FTP commands for interface file manipulation.

Familiarity and experience working with AI such as Claude or Copilot.
