Role Overview
- We are expanding our global referral network and seeking experienced network builders, managers, and well connected professionals to partner with us.
- This role is focused on building and managing referral partners who will then transfer clients to Whitewill.
- Work from anywhere, on your own schedule!

Your Role
- Search for, onboard, and manage referral partners (managers, consultants, agencies, intermediaries) who will transfer qualified clients interested in luxury real estate in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, London and Muscat.
- Additionally, you could refer clients yourself, too.
- Your main focus is people and partnerships, not direct sales.
Earnings & Perks
- 30–50% of the agency's commission per closed deal generated by yourself.
- 5% of the agency's commission per closed deal generated by your referral network.
- Typical referrals earn AED 10,000–30,000+.
- Commission based only.
