Role Overview
Provides remote technical support and maintenance for computer systems, software applications, and network-related technologies.
Diagnoses technical issues, resolves user requests, and supports reliable information technology operations.
Delivers timely technical assistance while maintaining strong communication and customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote support for hardware, software, operating systems, and business applications.
- Diagnose and resolve issues using remote access tools and support platforms.
- Install, configure, and maintain software, updates, and user applications.
- Manage service requests, prioritize incidents, and complete support tickets.
- Assist with account access, system configuration, and technology inquiries.
- Monitor performance, document resolutions, follow security practices, and escalate complex incidents.
- Recommend improvements to support processes and technical documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or a related technical field; equivalent technical experience may be considered.
- Experience in IT support, technical support, service desk, or help desk roles is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, operating systems, networking fundamentals, and software applications.
- Familiarity with remote support tools, ticketing systems, and IT service management practices.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, prioritization, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate with technical teams, and continue learning.
