- Collect customer feedback and share insights that help improve products and services

Requirements
- Experience in customer support or a related role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and support software
- Ability to handle multiple channels (email, live chat, phone)
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
