Remote Customer Experience Specialist

Remote Work Responsibilities

• Maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace for professional customer interactions.
• Remain available during scheduled working hours and attend virtual meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
• Use email, messaging, video conferencing, and other collaboration tools to communicate with colleagues.
• Manage workload independently while meeting deadlines and service-level expectations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required.
• Candidates must be able to learn products, systems, and procedures quickly and work independently in a remote environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with email, web applications, CRM systems, and office software are required.
• Reliable attendance and adherence to scheduled working hours are required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, administrative, sales support, or related experience is preferred.
• One to three years of customer service or related experience is preferred.
• Remote or hybrid support experience and experience with CRM, help-desk, ticketing, or live-chat platforms are preferred.
• Experience with high-volume inquiries, customer service metrics, and phone, email, or live-chat support is preferred.
• Multilingual or bilingual communication skills are advantageous depending on the customer base.

Working Environment

• This is a fully remote position requiring independent work while remaining engaged with a distributed team.
• The role may involve extended computer use and frequent customer communication by telephone, email, chat, or video.
• Evening, weekend, holiday, or rotating-shift work may occasionally be required by business needs.
