Role Overview
Serve as a primary customer contact and help resolve questions, concerns, and product or service issues.
Deliver positive customer experiences while managing multiple inquiries professionally.
Customer Support
- Respond to inquiries through phone, email, live chat, and other support channels.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, accounts, billing, and procedures.
- Troubleshoot issues, guide customers through solutions, and resolve complaints.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues and follow up when additional action is required.
Administrative and Technical Duties
- Document interactions, requests, complaints, and resolutions in CRM or customer support systems.
- Update account information, process transactions, and monitor support tickets.
- Collaborate with internal departments and protect customer information.
Remote Work
- Maintain reliable internet access and a suitable workspace for professional customer interactions.
- Attend virtual meetings, training, and coaching sessions.
- Manage workload independently and communicate with colleagues using remote collaboration tools.
