Remote Client Support Representative

Remote Work

• This is a fully remote position requiring independent work within a distributed team.
• Maintain reliable internet access and a suitable workspace for professional customer interactions.
• Attend virtual meetings, training, and coaching sessions and use remote collaboration tools.
• Work scheduled hours and manage priorities while meeting deadlines and service-level expectations.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant training is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, professionalism, and composure under pressure.
• Basic computer proficiency with email, web applications, CRM systems, and office software.
• Ability to learn systems quickly, work independently remotely, and follow scheduled hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous customer service, call center, retail, hospitality, administrative, sales support, or related experience is preferred.
• One to three years of customer service or related experience is preferred.
• Remote or hybrid support experience and CRM, help-desk, ticketing, or live-chat experience are preferred.
• High-volume inquiry handling, customer service metrics knowledge, and bilingual skills are advantageous.

Schedule and Environment
