Role Description
The Reliability Manager role will involve overseeing maintenance strategies to ensure the efficiency, reliability, and sustainability of operations.
Responsibilities include conducting performance analysis, implementing maintenance and reliability programs, and identifying areas for improvement.
Additionally, the Reliability Manager will lead initiatives to minimize operational risks and promote a culture of continuous progress.
This is a part-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge in reliability engineering, maintenance planning, and preventative maintenance strategies
- Problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on performance analysis and process improvement
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Experience in implementing and monitoring safety and risk management initiatives
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in reliability and operational tools/software
- Relevant degree in engineering or a related field
