Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with the flexibility to occasionally work remotely.

The Engineering Manager will oversee a team of engineers, ensuring streamlined collaboration and project delivery.

Key responsibilities include managing engineering projects, ensuring successful integration of technical solutions, and driving overall team performance.

The Engineering Manager will also provide mentorship to team members, implement best practices, and align engineering goals with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Engineering Management and Team Leadership, with a focus on building and guiding diverse teams.
  • Proven experience in Software Development, including designing, coding, and deploying scalable solutions.
  • Proficiency in Project Management and the ability to plan, execute, and deliver projects on-budget and on-schedule.
  • Experience in Integration, with knowledge of implementing and unifying complex systems and software solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working in a hybrid setup, with the ability to balance remote and in-office work effectively.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in the tech or software industry, particularly within leadership roles, is highly regarded.
