Job Purpose
- Review, analyze and follow up on charged off cases to maximize recoveries and assist customers to settle overdue liabilities.
Key Result Areas
- Analyze and assess customer repayment problems and convince customer to prioritize repayment to achieve recovery targets.
- Coordinate internally with different departments to ensure proper follow up on classified customers.
- Ensure all leads are followed up to establish contact and engage with customers for amicable settlement.
- Ensure adequate use of MIS reports to assist in improving recoveries.
- Provide high quality service to internal and external customers to achieve customer satisfaction.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum experience of 4 years in banking or similar field with continuous customer engagement and target oriented roles.
- Good knowledge of business products and prevailing legal laws with high level of negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and customer focused.
