- Meet agreed upon sales targets for banking products including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans and Merchant Loans

- Ensure all customer queries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently and professionally
- Adhere strictly to all internal bank policies, central bank regulations, and AML/KYC guidelines
- Stay updated with competitive offerings, market trends, and economic developments in Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Proactively identify and acquire new retail customers (both salaried and self employed) and meet agreed upon sales targets for banking products, including Personal Loans, Credit Cards, Auto Loans and Merchant Loans.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, offering personalized financial solutions and advice to meet their diverse needs.
- Customer Service: Ensure all customer queries, complaints, and service requests are handled efficiently, professionally, and in line with the bank's Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Compliance & Risk: Adhere strictly to all internal bank policies, central bank regulations, and AML/KYC guidelines to mitigate operational and financial risks.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated with competitive offerings, market trends, and economic developments in Abu Dhabi to provide informed financial guidance to customers.
