Overview
We are seeking a driven and target-oriented Business Development Executive to support the growth of our manpower outsourcing, staffing, and IT recruitment services across the UAE.
This role focuses on lead generation, client acquisition, and building a strong sales pipeline across multiple service lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across manpower outsourcing, staffing, and IT recruitment services
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and market research
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients across diverse industries
- Initiate client meetings, understand hiring requirements, and position relevant service offerings
- Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Assist in preparing proposals, commercials, and client agreements
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and develop long-term client relationships
- Track sales activities and achieve assigned targets and KPIs
