Job Description
QNB Group is seeking a customer-focused **Relationship Officer** to manage client relationships and support retail banking services.
In this role, you will provide financial advice, promote banking products, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with retail banking clients
- Provide financial advice and recommend banking products
- Assist with account management and transactions
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Resolve client inquiries and concerns
- Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience in banking or customer relationship roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of banking products and services
Work Hours
- **Sunday – Thursday:** typically **7:30 AM – 2:30 PM**
Compensation & Hourly Pay (Qatar)
**Estimated Monthly Salary:** **QAR 8,000 – QAR 13,000**
**Estimated Hourly Pay:** **QAR 45 – QAR 75/hour**
Performance bonuses may apply.
