Role Overview
Lendo is seeking a relationship-driven and commercially minded Relationship Manager.
The role supports client relationships, new business development, and SME access to financing in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
Client Relationships
- Maintain knowledge of Lendo products, services, new offerings, and industry trends.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing clients and serve as a resource for financial solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits and electronic meetings with clients.
Business Development
- Research and pursue opportunities to expand Lendo’s client portfolio.
- Identify and evaluate prospective clients for product and service compatibility.
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
Needs Assessment and Solutions
- Understand client needs, goals, and challenges and recommend tailored solutions.
- Provide in-depth product and service consultations.
- Support seamless onboarding and ongoing client support.
