Lendo seeks a Performance Marketing Specialist to scale digital acquisition and build automated ways of converting demand into qualified opportunities. The role involves managing and optimizing paid acquisition campaigns, building AI-powered sales agents, and ensuring high-quality leads are routed e
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate conversational AI agents (voice and chat, Arabic and English) that engage inbound SME enquiries, capture qualification data and hand off cleanly to relationship managers
- Own the ElevenLabs voice stack and the n8n orchestration layer, webhooks, API integrations, retries, error handling and logging so no lead is dropped when a system fails
- Build and iterate the HubSpot lead scoring model using firmographic, behavioural and source signals; define lifecycle stages and qualification criteria with Sales Operations; automate pre-qualification checks with Credit; own routing and SLA enforcement
- Reconcile RM dispositions and funded outcomes back into the scoring model and retune quarterly
- Plan, build and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and X targeting Saudi SME decision-makers; own budget pacing, creative testing and Arabic/English landing page conversion
- Own UTM governance, GA4/GTM tracking, offline conversion feedback and attribution; maintain lead source and campaign data integrity in HubSpot; report weekly on CPQL, conversion and pipeline sourced
- Ensure all data capture and automated outreach meets SAMA marketing conduct requirements, the Saudi PDPL and Lendo internal consent standards; escalate ambiguity to Compliance before launch
