The Relationship Manager - Forex and CFDs acquires, manages, and grows client relationships within the foreign exchange and CFD trading business.
The role focuses on client service, trading activity, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads and expand the client base through prospecting and networking.
- Build and maintain client relationships by understanding client needs and goals.
- Provide personalized service and address client inquiries and concerns as the primary point of contact.
- Facilitate client onboarding, regulatory adherence, and documentation verification.
- Resolve account issues promptly and maintain high client satisfaction.
- Continue professional development and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Financial Markets.
- Deep understanding of financial markets.
- At least 3 years of sales experience in Forex and CFDs.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic and/or Hindi speakers are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A solid network of existing and potential clients and connections.
- Self-driven, positive, motivated, and committed to continuous learning.
