- Address and resolve client queries
- Educate prospective clients about the Forex industry, market opportunities, and assist them throughout the account opening and onboarding process
- Ensure all client interactions are accurately recorded and regularly updated in the CRM system
- Stay up to date with market trends and economic developments to provide clients with relevant market insights and support
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Team Leader on lead status, client interactions, sales performance, and business development activities

- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service or relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
