Role Overview
- In leading real estate development organizations, the role of a Relationship Manager extends far beyond client servicing. It is a critical function that directly influences revenue protection, investor confidence, and long term brand equity.
- This role operates across the full property lifecycle — from booking to handover — ensuring that commercial commitments are protected and client expectations are managed at a senior level.
- A Relationship Manager is accountable for sustaining high value investor and buyer relationships while safeguarding the developer’s financial position through disciplined portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing strategic relationships with investors, end users, and key brokerage partners.
- Overseeing payment performance, receivables, and structured follow ups on active portfolios.

Additional Information

- Pay: AED8,000.00 AED10,000.00 per week.
