The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.
The role manages and grows a client portfolio and guides clients through real estate transactions.
The role includes property recommendations, viewings, lead follow-up, documentation support, CRM records, and sales target contribution.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and provide suitable property recommendations.
- Guide clients through buying, selling, and investing processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
- Identify client needs and present appropriate real estate solutions.
- Follow up on leads and support transaction documentation.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to sales targets.
- Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and customer service skills are required.
- Sales, negotiation, and deal-closing proficiency in real estate or a related industry is required.
- Market research, property data analysis, and clear client presentation skills are required.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills are required.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic office software, and accurate digital records is required.
- Experience in real estate, property management, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages commonly used in Dubai are advantageous.
- The candidate must be able to work on-site in Dubai and attend client meetings and property visits.
