- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers for long term partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales
- Proven track record in selling off plan properties
- Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
- Available for immediate joining or short notice
- Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM software

About the Role
- Atara Development is looking for a Real Estate Development Relationship Manager to represent projects, engage with clients, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent and sell premium off plan residential projects.
- Conduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold virtual/in person client consultations.
- Build and maintain a network of high net worth clients and investors.
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategies.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long term partnerships and repeat business.
Mandatory Requirement
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development sales.
- Proven track record in selling off plan properties.
- Established network of 150+ agencies & brokers.
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred).
