- Identify, recruit, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, and Partners.
- Develop and maintain long term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Promote the company's Forex trading products and services to prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
- Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations with potential partners and clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and ongoing account management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client support.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in Forex, CFD, Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self motivated, proactive, and goal oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Existing network of clients, IBs, or affiliates is a strong advantage.

- Previous Forex, CFD, or financial markets experience is an advantage, but candidates with strong sales backgrounds and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
