Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to support the company's growth objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Promote the company's financial products and services to individuals and corporate clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, events, and strategic outreach
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client reports
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding and excellent customer experience
- Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and business functions
- Maintain accurate client records using the company's CRM system
- Achieve individual and team business development targets while maintaining high professional standards
Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) with a valid Family Book
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an added advantage)
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Self motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow
