The Heart of Europe is seeking a dynamic, client-focused Relationship Manager for its Real Estate team.
The role focuses on long-term client relationships, investment needs, and tailored property solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage strong client relationships to drive property sales.
- Identify client requirements and provide suitable real estate investment options.
- Promote luxury real estate projects to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate regularly with clients, investors, and brokers.
- Conduct site visits, property presentations, and negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with internal teams on transactions and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of proven experience in real estate sales or relationship management.
- Luxury real estate experience is preferred.
- Strong network of HNIs, investors, and brokers in UAE and international markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Spanish, Russian, French, Hindi, or Urdu is an additional language advantage.
