- Establish, mentor, and structurally organize the newly formed Regulatory Compliance Unit
- Develop and implement compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
- Collaborate with compliance leadership to ensure consistent, high quality approach across engagements
- Partner with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Legal to embed compliance into product development, partner programs, and financial promotions
- Support internal compliance reviews, advise on conflicts of interest, and prepare for engagement with external auditors and regulators
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in CFD brokerage, fintech, or dynamic financial services consultancy/advisory firm
- Proven experience managing compliance professionals
- Strong knowledge of multi jurisdictional regulatory environments
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English
- Comfort operating in an evolving, process building environment

The Opportunity
- Build a Regulatory Compliance Advisory Practice at a fast growing Dubai based compliance advisory firm supporting trading, brokerage, fintech and other regulated financial services businesses.
- This is a builder's role with high autonomy and a clean slate to design a global framework from scratch.
Strategic Mandate & Responsibilities
- Establish, mentor, and structurally organize the newly formed Regulatory Compliance Unit.
- Help develop and implement compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions, balancing onshore and offshore regulatory requirements.
- Work with compliance leadership to ensure a consistent, high quality approach across engagements.
- Partner with Product, Tech, Marketing, and Legal to seamlessly embed compliance into product development, partner programs (IBs), and financial promotions.
- Support internal compliance reviews, advise on conflicts of interest, and help prepare for engagement with external auditors and regulators.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 5 years of regulatory compliance experience in CFD brokerage, fintech, or dynamic financial services consultancy/advisory firm.
- Proven experience managing compliance professionals, paired with a willingness to execute and draft frameworks directly.
- Strong knowledge of navigating complex, multi jurisdictional regulatory environments, including both local and offshore frameworks.
- Comfort operating in an evolving environment where processes are actively being built rather than simply maintained.
- Exceptional command of written and spoken English, with the ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into clear, actionable business insights.
