We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead regulatory strategy, compliance programs, and governance initiatives remotely in the UAE. The role requires 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain regulatory compliance strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures, and governance models
- Monitor regulatory requirements, industry standards, and legislative changes to ensure ongoing compliance
- Lead regulatory assessments, compliance audits, risk evaluations, and remediation initiatives
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product and business lifecycle
- Manage regulatory submissions, approvals, certifications, registrations, licenses, and compliance documentation
- Establish compliance monitoring programs, internal controls, reporting mechanisms, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Develop and maintain regulatory documentation, compliance records, policies, procedures, and audit evidence
- Support product development and commercialization activities by providing regulatory guidance
- Identify compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Coordinate internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, assessments, and corrective action plans
- Monitor key compliance indicators, risk metrics, audit findings, regulatory trends, and operational performance
- Drive compliance awareness programs, training initiatives, and best practices across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Engineering, Healthcare, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, audit, or related roles
- At least 2 years of experience managing compliance programs, regulatory initiatives, audits, or cross functional governance projects preferred
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance management systems, risk assessment methodologies, audit processes, and governance principles
- Experience working with industry regulations, certification standards, product compliance requirements, and operational controls
- Familiarity with compliance platforms, GRC systems, ERP systems, document management systems, analytics tools, and reporting platforms
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage complex regulatory requirements while balancing business objectives
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments

The Role

- Lead regulatory assessments, compliance audits, risk evaluations, and remediation initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Operations, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Executive Leadership to ensure compliance throughout the product and business lifecycle.
- Manage regulatory submissions, approvals, certifications, registrations, licenses, and compliance documentation where applicable.
- Establish compliance monitoring programs, internal controls, reporting mechanisms, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and maintain regulatory documentation, compliance records, policies, procedures, and audit evidence.

Requirements

- Master's degree or professional certifications in Compliance, Risk Management, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Management, Data Privacy, Governance, or related disciplines are advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, regulatory affairs, quality assurance, audit, or related roles.
- At least 2 years of experience managing compliance programs, regulatory initiatives, audits, or cross functional governance projects preferred.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance management systems, risk assessment methodologies, audit processes, and governance principles.
- Experience working with industry regulations, certification standards, product compliance requirements, and operational controls.
- Familiarity with compliance platforms, GRC systems, ERP systems, document management systems, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory environments, quality standards, sustainability requirements, cybersecurity compliance, data protection, or industry specific regulations is advantageous.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage complex regulatory requirements while balancing business objectives, operational efficiency, and customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in remote and hybrid environments.
